FYI, aku telah beralih dari celcom broadband kepada streamyx. Sebenarnya, sudah lama aku ingin menggunkan streamyx, tetapi atas sebab-sebab yang tidak dapat di elakkan, maka niat itu tertunda. Tapi, still aku perlukan internet. So, here come the celcom broadband. Now, aku tidak mau membandingkan yang mana bagus atau tidak bagus dan yang mana bleh membuatkan kita mencarut secara otomatis, tetapi apa yang aku mau cakap disini ialah sebagai seorang customer, aku belajar untuk jadi seorang customer yang cerewet. Ini kerana, customer yang cerewet always got what he/she want and paid for.
Ketika menggunakan celcom broadband, dimana ketika itu aku tidak ada pilihan, aku tidak kisah berapa haram jadah speed aku diberi, as long as i can browse email and doing stuff online nicely, i will keep quite. Tetapi, pilihan yang luas membuatkan kita menjadi seorang yang cerewet. Dan aku beralih kepada streamyx kerana keadaan telah mengizinkan. Guess what, tidak sampai seminggu, aku sudah 3 kali menelefon untuk menuntut what i want & paid for. Hasilnya.?? see the screen shot dibawah.
Screen shot ini menggunakan tmnet speedometer. Server brickfield. Fair enough untuk aku. Aku dapat 7O% dari apa yang aku bayar.
Screen shot ini pula menggunakan speedtest. Server di Argentina. Juga bagi aku fair enough sebab beza lokasi. Satu di brickfield dan satu di Argentina.
Aku tahu aku tidak akan dapat full package kerana this and that and this and that you know. Tapi, if all ISP just give us what we want & what we paid for, we will satisfy. Or at least for me.

I agree with Freddie. I am using Celcom bbadorand basic (384Kbps). In my area (Putrajaya) always got full bar HSDPA and the speed is rather inconsistent, sometimes you can reach the 384Kbps, sometimes it seems like there is no connection whatsoever even though the bar is full. I am kinda suspicious with the the bar, so I borrowed my friend USB modem with Advance package. Upon connectiong the HSDPA showed full bar, but speed is limited to 384Kbps or less. Now I am thinking that somehow Celcom managed to set the bar to be full all the time even where there is no connectivity to fool their customers.[]
Hello, Got tu agree with u. Celcom broadband (386kbps) … nak dpt 50% of max speed pun teramat jarang blh dpt. Bil RM71.15 per month (including tax) is not worth it tapi terpaksa guna gak sbb 'mobility factor'. Looking fwd utk pasang Streamyx :)

aku pon cerewet jga sankai, tapi nda cukup berani minta. Which is lame. Tapi sekarang aku guna linux. The connection speed is quite okay, Nda kasi cukup panas ini hati lagi. Huhuhu. Kalau masa dulu time guna XP, hari-hari panas hati!
